Via video call which will last approx. 30 minutes, I will ask you lots of questions that are needed so that he can put together a very specific plan for you.
Up to 5 times each week, you will receive a message from me about half an hour before you are due to exercise on that pre nominated day. This is to confirm that you are about to start exercising. At the completion of your exercise you will simply send a message back with an effort & enjoyment score out of 10.
Once a week you will have a 10 minute call from me reviewing the past week and resetting goals and specific plans for the next week.
Once a month, you will have a video call with me where medium and long term goals will be re-asset.
NO! I will ask you regularly what you are eating and will only suggest small ways to slowly improve your eating, based on your specific goals.

Everyone is different. During the initial consultation, I will ask you many questions, not only about your fitness, but about you. From there you and I will both agree with a detailed plan that includes how to keep you accountable and stay on track to reaching your specific fitness goals.
