Fitness Accountability Coaching is perfect if you:
We start with an INITIAL CONSULTATION - 30 Minute Video-Call to determine the goals you want to achieve and time frame in which you want to achieve each goal. A comprehensive but very simple to understand step-by-step plan specific to your exact needs and very busy lifestyle, will be designed that includes, exactly how you will be successful.
EVERY DAY ( 5 times a week ) you will receive a text message just before you are due to start your physical activity with any specific guidance & as much support as you need to stay on track.
You will then confirm that you are about to start.
If it is a rest day then your message will be checking that you are eating well and getting enough rest, etc.
At the completion of your physical activity session, you will message back with a simple score out of 10 and any feedback that you feel is important.
EVERY WEEK, at a time you commit to, you'll receive a 10 minute phone call with me. During this call we'll go through three important things.......
We review your physical activity plan from the previous week and celebrate your wins and successes.
Together we discuss any challenges or issues that may have derailed you and provide support, encouragement and strategy to get you back on track.
Together we set your goals and action steps for the next week and we record them for progress tracking.
I'll cheer you on every day, keep you accountable, listen to you, help you to actually enjoy your physical activity, help you improve your eating habits, make everything very simple for you and track your results and progress.
You finish the week with a phone call so you can head into the next week with your game-plan set and with incredible drive and focus!
As each day & week goes by, you'll see more and more goals ticked off and results starting to accumulate. And before you know it you will start gaining awesome momentum, confidence and seeing a great new version of yourself.
